Cancellation Policy

Our new cancellation policy will commence from July 1st 2022. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service. All clients recieve a text message alert reminding them of their appointment. This is an opportunity to confirm or reschedule your appointment if you are unable to attend. We completely understand circumstances arise but we require 24 hours notice so our staff can rebook clients. Thank you for your understanding.
